Description:
Adds the Confederacy as a playable civilization
Leaders:
Jefferson Davis (industrious, philosophical) or Robert E. Lee (spiritual,
creative)
Unique Unit:
Blakely Rifle - Replaces cannon, receives defensive bonuses, 40% withdrawal
chance
Known issues:
The formal name of the Confederacy is one character too long, causing it to
drop out from the initial leader selection screen, but it appears properly in
the civilopedia.
