Get Wet Mod v0.9

* Mod Description
This mod allows your character and all npcs/creatures to become
wet in the rain. The player can also get wet by swimming. This
was originally created just for myself to play around with the
Oblivion shaders and scripts but I decided to release itanyway.
* Installation
Simply copy the .esp file and the Texture directory, (maintaining
the directory structure) into the Oblivion\Data directory.
* Known Issues
The shaders used can get a bit twitchy when other magical effects
are used. They may override the new effect or can be switched off
by the new effect.
There is also a slight delay between the rain
starting or finishing and the effect (due to the script only running
every 5secs).
Due to the way the original models have been texture mapped the
shader may also appear stretched in places or move a bit funny.
Unfortunately this is outwith my control.
* Future Work
I'm not 100% happy with the shader so I may tweak it a bit.
Also, snow isn't currently supported so I may add in a new shader
for that.
