RAM Booster Expert is a tool for Windows that attempts to optimize memory usage to increase performance.
Basically, this tool (and others like it) will attempt to reduce physical memory use and make use of the Windows swap file instead. So if you were to watch the physical memory usage on a graph you would see it reduce.
However, there is a lot of disagreement about whether tools like this really increase performance at all, and by moving components to the swap file instead, may in fact hinder performance.
However, there is no harm in trying it out to see if it works for you.
