AllOff Lite is a tool that can shutdown or hibernate a PC automatically after a set time.
It will monitor the mouse, keyboard and CPU, and can shutdown or hibernate a PC after 900 seconds of inactivity if the CPU load has been below 15% for 90 seconds too. You can also set a timed shutdown that will ignore CPU load and activity.
NOTE: May require a registration code to use, which you can get here.
