JenausCam is a webcam surveillance system that makes it possible to view webcams at home from your smartphone.
This is the Desktop client and works with a Windows PC. The developer promises that the simple installation of the Desktop program and the app for your smartphone will allow you to view the webcam at home. You won't need to toggle router settings or anything like that, apparently.
